We ordered catering for our company. It was my first time trying Frasher's, but they had solid yelp reviews and I took a chance. Despite the busy holiday season, they accommodated a large 24 hour catering order. And, I'm so glad Bobby Qs was 48. Hands down the best bbq I've had in town. Tessa was amazing to work with. All of our staff were impressed and asked where we got the great food. We will definitely be catering from them again, and I'm sure they earned a lot of solo customers, as well, from staff. Some people ate seconds before the end of day, others grabbed dibbs to take home any leftovers. For those wondering, we got... Ribs, chicken, brisket, Mac, mashed potatoes, loaded potato salad, collards, beans, coleslaw, cornbread, salad...the works, and it was all fresh and delicious. I highly recommend!
We ordered our Thanksgiving turkey and ham to go. First off, the service was awesome. I wish I remembered the guy at the front (dirty blonde, caucasian) because he was awesome. He was friendly and helpful. He also grabbed another guy to help carry out the 2 turkeys and ham. Big plus is that they were the only place we could find the option to have the turkeys and ham ready to serve, i.e. no re-heating required! The turkey was smoked and delicious. The ham was some of the best ham we have ever had. It was also smoked and tender. I wish we just had Thanksgiving at Frasher's because it looked like a great relaxing and fun place to be.
We finally made a stop at Fraser's Smokehouse. Pulling into the parking lot and smelling the smoke flavor in the air made it worth the stop alone. The staff made us feel right at home and told us to grab what ever sit we wanted. I have to say the bbq food was one of the best I have had in Az. You must save room for the butter cake
Was in the area after building a fence. I decided to stop by and grab some dinner. The inside is awesome. I sat at the bar and watched some football. I got two meat platter. Chicken, green chili mac & cheese and beans. The food was excellent as always. When in the area I will stop by.
Good food, Good service. Down home cookin' Good atmosphere, and the staff is very friendly.
Service was through the roof!! Waitress was available but not hovering which I like. We had the four meat, two sides meal. The food was good but a little dry on the chicken. I don't like adding sauce to barbecue but my wife had the original sauce and liked it. The brisket and pulled pork was tender and spiced perfectly. We will probably make another visit sometime soon since we live in the neighborhood
I couldn't wait to go to Frasher's because it speaks my language, literally. Service St. Louis style BBQ and Pizza is literally just a dream restaurant for me someone from St. Louis.
